By purchasing a raffle ticket or participating in this raffle, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The purpose of this raffle is to raise funds to support individuals and families experiencing financial hardship, as well as an animal shelter dedicated to caring for animals in need.
Participants must meet the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction to participate in raffles or prize promotions.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that entering this raffle is permitted under their local laws.

Each purchased ticket corresponds to one unique raffle number.
A purchase confirmation does not guarantee a prize.
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
The grand prize consists of:
One all-inclusive cruise for four (4) guests.
Onboard accommodations.
Included meals.
Access to onboard entertainment.
Unless otherwise stated, the prize does not include:
Transportation to or from the departure port.
Travel documents.
Visas.
Travel insurance.
Personal expenses.
Gratuities.
Optional excursions.
Taxes, fees, or charges not specifically included by the cruise provider.
Specific travel dates, availability, restrictions, and booking conditions are subject to the cruise provider’s policies.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
The winning ticket will be selected through a random drawing.
The drawing date will be announced on our official communication channels.
The winner may be required to verify their identity before receiving the prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted within the announced period, or is found to be ineligible, another winner may be selected.
Funds raised through this raffle will be used to support charitable initiatives, including assistance for individuals and families in need and donations benefiting an animal shelter.
Although every effort is made to direct funds toward these purposes, the organizers reserve the right to allocate funds where they are most needed within the mission of the initiative.
We respect the privacy of the individuals and families receiving assistance.
For this reason, we do not publicly disclose personal stories, photographs, medical information, or identifying details without explicit consent.
The organizers are not responsible for:
Lost or delayed entries.
Technical failures.
Events beyond reasonable control.
Changes imposed by the cruise provider.
The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the raffle if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary.
Participation in the raffle constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
