Welcome to our Charity Raffle.<\/p>

By purchasing a raffle ticket or participating in this raffle, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>

The purpose of this raffle is to raise funds to support individuals and families experiencing financial hardship, as well as an animal shelter dedicated to caring for animals in need.<\/p>

2. Eligibility<\/h2>

Participants must meet the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction to participate in raffles or prize promotions.<\/p>

Participants are responsible for ensuring that entering this raffle is permitted under their local laws.<\/p>

Void where prohibited by law.<\/p>

3. Raffle Tickets<\/h2>

Each purchased ticket corresponds to one unique raffle number.<\/p>

A purchase confirmation does not guarantee a prize.<\/p>

Tickets are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.<\/p>

4. Prize<\/h2>

The grand prize consists of:<\/p>

  • One all-inclusive cruise for four (4) guests.<\/p><\/li>

  • Onboard accommodations.<\/p><\/li>

  • Included meals.<\/p><\/li>

  • Access to onboard entertainment.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Unless otherwise stated, the prize does not include:<\/p>

    • Transportation to or from the departure port.<\/p><\/li>

    • Travel documents.<\/p><\/li>

    • Visas.<\/p><\/li>

    • Travel insurance.<\/p><\/li>

    • Personal expenses.<\/p><\/li>

    • Gratuities.<\/p><\/li>

    • Optional excursions.<\/p><\/li>

    • Taxes, fees, or charges not specifically included by the cruise provider.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Specific travel dates, availability, restrictions, and booking conditions are subject to the cruise provider’s policies.<\/p>

      The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.<\/p>

      5. Drawing<\/h2>

      The winning ticket will be selected through a random drawing.<\/p>

      The drawing date will be announced on our official communication channels.<\/p>

      The winner may be required to verify their identity before receiving the prize.<\/p>

      If the winner cannot be contacted within the announced period, or is found to be ineligible, another winner may be selected.<\/p>

      6. Charitable Purpose<\/h2>

      Funds raised through this raffle will be used to support charitable initiatives, including assistance for individuals and families in need and donations benefiting an animal shelter.<\/p>

      Although every effort is made to direct funds toward these purposes, the organizers reserve the right to allocate funds where they are most needed within the mission of the initiative.<\/p>

      We respect the privacy of the individuals and families receiving assistance.<\/p>

      For this reason, we do not publicly disclose personal stories, photographs, medical information, or identifying details without explicit consent.<\/p>

      8. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>

      The organizers are not responsible for:<\/p>

      • Lost or delayed entries.<\/p><\/li>

      • Technical failures.<\/p><\/li>

      • Events beyond reasonable control.<\/p><\/li>

      • Changes imposed by the cruise provider.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the raffle if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary.<\/p>

        9. Acceptance<\/h2>
